I Need To Return My Item:
No problem! Please return your unwanted item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Please be extra cautious when trying on your new purchase from us, as any items marked with make-up, fake-tan, lotions and suchlike will not be eligible for a refund. We kindly ask that all items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
You do not need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting it back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
Please note: JEWELLERY IS NON-RETURNABLE FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENE REASONS
How do I return my item?
We do not offer free or prepaid returns.
Please fill in the details on your purchase sheet, which is enclosed inside your parcel.
If you have lost your purchase sheet, you can add a note in your parcel, with your full name, telephone number and address along with the description of the items you are returning. Alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can email you a purchase sheet to use.
